Terms of sale

1. Who we are

Kamiwaza Studio is a brand of Artur Kociuba, sole proprietor, Poland (business details to be added before launch). Contact: kontakt@kociuba.dev.

2. What we sell

We sell Shopify themes as downloadable files together with a license, and optional paid services such as installation and setup. We do not sell through the Shopify Theme Store.

3. Orders and delivery

After payment you receive an email with a download link and a license key. Delivery is digital and normally immediate.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and include or exclude VAT as stated there. Payment details will be added when checkout is set up.

5. Updates and support

Free theme updates are provided for 12 months after purchase. Support is by email and covers the theme and its installation.

6. Use of the theme

Use of the theme is governed by the license.

7. Liability

The theme is provided as described on this site. We are not liable for lost sales or for problems caused by third-party apps, your content or changes to Shopify itself, to the extent allowed by law. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

Polish law applies, without removing the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.
