License

You may

• Install and use the theme on one Shopify store that you own or operate.
• Move the license between stores that you own, as long as it runs on only one store at a time.
• Edit the theme code and content for your own store.
• Use the theme on a store you build for a client if the client holds the license. Each client store needs its own license.

You may not

• Resell, share, publish or redistribute the theme files, in whole or in part, modified or not.
• Run one license on more than one store at the same time.
• List the theme on a theme store, marketplace or template library.
• Remove the copyright notices from the theme files.

Ownership

The theme, its design, code and demo content remain the property of Artur Kociuba. The license grants a right to use, not ownership. Fonts included in the theme are provided under their own open licenses.

Ending the license

A breach of this license ends it. You then stop using the theme.
